Try to use Ulead Media Studio Pro v6.0 but you can use only 3.xx codecs,
not 4.xx
The best choice is use VirtualDub1.4c

How does the alpha48 version look?  We have better quality and faster
algorithms in the pipeline!

Trick Premiere by Adding the codec as a filter. This works for some
people.[addsig]

I finally found the time to write two small
test appications: test_enc.c and test_dec.c
It's just a few lines that encode a single raw RGB picture into a
opendivx-frame (version 4.0alpha48) and back. 
Just for demonstration of course.
